Lucknow News: Police has now solved the murder mystery of Kabir alias Shiv Prakash, who went missing on November 15. Nigoha police has arrested five accused in this case. Kabir was murdered by strangulation and to destroy his identity, the body was burnt and thrown in Bighapur, Unnao.
Lucknow: District Nigah police has arrested five accused while cracking the case of Kabir alias Shiv Prakash, who was missing since November 15. Police have arrested property dealers Sujit Srivastava, Pintu, Vinod, Neeraj Kashyap alias Lalu and Rajkumar alias Raju who were involved in the murder. Police have also recovered two Swift Dezire cars used in the crime.
Actually, on October 19, Kabir’s friend had lodged a complaint in the police station and reported him missing. Police were continuously searching for Kabir, but nothing could be found about him. Police investigation revealed that Shiv Sahay, brother of Kabir alias Shiv Prakash, had told a property dealer that the power of attorney for the valuable land was in his name. Shiv Sahay had made the power of attorney in the name of a close friend of property dealer Sujit Srivastava and this is how the controversy started. The property dealer had registered the agreement for this land in the name of Yatharth Group.
How did the controversy start?
Kabir alias Shiv Prakash had presented a will of his mother in the court regarding this land, due to which this valuable piece of land became disputed. This controversy instigated Sujit Srivastava so much that he conspired to murder Kabir and carried out the incident on 15 October.
Murdered by strangulation, then burnt the body
First of all, on 15th November, Kabir was kidnapped in a Swift car. Then he was strangled to death and after burning the body, it was thrown in Bighapur, Unnao. On the basis of Kabir’s mobile location, Lucknow Police reached Unnao Bighapur, where the police got information about the discovery of a half-burnt body. When the police started identifying the body, it was found to be that of Kabir alias Shiv Prakash.
According to police officials, the entire conspiracy of Kabir’s murder was hatched by property dealer Sujit Srivastava. He not only murdered Kabir, but also hatched several conspiracies with his associates to carry out this murder. In this case, the police have arrested all the accused and further investigation is going on. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police has started a deep investigation into every aspect of this murder.
