Dog lover Bipin Singh filed a case against both of them. The police took cognizance and immediately started searching for the two youths. The CCTV footage of this incident is going viral very fast. The dog lover first identified these two boys. This incident was carried out together by Vivek Yadav and his partner Amit Yadav. The dog lover has lodged a written complaint against both of them at Golmuri police station.
