Two more people have been arrested in connection with a suitcase theft in which pepper spray caused injuries at Heathrow Airport, the Metropolitan Police said.
A man, aged 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, aged 23, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both remain in custody, police said.
The arrests follow an investigation into an assault in the Terminal 3 multi-storey car park on Sunday. Before the attack, two women had their suitcases stolen after getting off the elevator in a parking lot.
A three-year-old girl was among the 21 people injured during the incident. Five people went to the hospital for treatment and have since been released.
Police were called at around 08:10 GMT following reports of several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.
The assault, which the Met said was isolated and not treated as terrorism, led to train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
