According to the announcement made by CM Pushkar Dhami, now women home guards in the state will get maternity leave. On deployment above 9000 feet, Rs 200 incentive will be given on the lines of Police and NDRF.
Not only this, home guards who have received SDRF training will be given an additional allowance of ₹ 100. Uniform allowance has also been restarted, which will benefit all the soldiers. Food allowance has also been increased from ₹100 to ₹150.
At the same time, training allowance was increased from ₹ 50 to ₹ 140. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the facilities of Home Guard soldiers will be increased further also. It is clear from this announcement of CM that in the coming time, many big announcements can be made to encourage the Home Guard soldiers in the state.
