Dr. Vikas Yadav, Associate Professor of Microbiology, SN Medical College, Agra, said that cockroaches spread disease in homes. He told that these are so dangerous that there is a fear of spreading many major diseases due to them.

He told that if cockroaches enter the kitchen, they contaminate the food, which can also cause food poisoning. Vikas Yadav told that many times people get troubled by such diseases and they themselves do not understand why and how it happened to them, many such diseases are also caused by cockroaches. He told that it is important to keep the food well covered in the kitchen. Cook raw vegetables only after cleaning them thoroughly with water and washing utensils. He said that cockroaches leave small particles of dirt, which after entering the body can take the form of diseases.

It is important to clean the utensil with water before using it. He told that the permanent solution is to find the place from where the cockroaches are coming. Clean the drain or any hole where the cockroach is with any solution and then close it.
