Talking to Local 18, stall operator Nitin Singh said that he comes from Banaras and sets up his stall under the name “Banarasi Panas” in fairs across the country. After getting excellent response in cities like Bilaspur, Bhilai, Powerhouse, Raipur, this time the crowd of customers is also gathering in Ambikapur fair.
Special smoke paan for children
According to Nitin Singh, sweet paan is his biggest identity. Gulkand, cherries, katri, lachha, coconut (cobra) and other sweet ingredients are added to it, which is liked by both children and adults.
