Anuj Yadav, the young head of village Behera Bhari, which falls in Akhand Nagar block of Sultanpur, tells Local 18 that he was called to Delhi to fulfill the joint objective of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Tribal Affairs of the Government of India. Anuj Yadav told that it was decided by the three ministries that it would be started first from Navodaya Vidyalaya. That is, students of class 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th from Navodaya Vidyalaya of Sultanpur will be trained about Indian democracy and from time to time, efforts will be made to bring them forward in the field of politics and development on an experimental basis by making them head, secretary, gram sabha member, area panchayat member etc.
