Ghazipur: Bilal Khan, a resident of Bara village of Ghazipur, is today a manager in the electrical department of a big multinational company. But his beginning was not easy. Interview, technical skills, managing a team. To reach all this there is a lot of struggle, hard work and a journey of continuous learning.
Study from village, work directly in multinational company
Got admission in B.Tech second year directly from diploma.
After working for some time, he decided to move ahead and started B.Tech from Udaipur. Because of the diploma, he got admission directly in the second year. The internship he did earlier during his degree was beneficial to him; the practical work in the internship benefited his studies.
Job and new challenge, managing the team is the biggest task
After completing his degree, he got a chance in a big multinational company. Technical work was required, but the biggest challenge was to make people understand and get the work done. Bilal says that the first day is full of fear, but gradually you learn how the team runs.
Bilal believes that today companies do not see the difference between city or village. Freshers need just three things: basic understanding of the subject, good communication and desire to learn. He says that boys and girls giving interviews in private companies should keep their goals clear and it is important to have basic knowledge about the post for which they are going.
Amidst his work, Bilal also keeps his creativity alive. He likes writing and has also written a collection of poems. Whose name is beautiful feeling.
