Goa Night Club Birch Inside Pics: A heart-wrenching accident happened late Saturday night in Arpora village of Goa. A massive fire suddenly broke out in the luxury nightclub ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’, a favorite of tourists from India and abroad, and more than 25 lives were lost in no time. But this was no ordinary club, several storeys, built in the middle of the water, winding staircases, – everything was so spectacular that people came from far and wide. But this beauty became a death trap overnight.
A tragic incident happened late Saturday night in Arpora village of Goa. A sudden fire broke out in a night club named ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’, in which at least 25 people lost their lives. This night club was not a small club but was quite famous among the tourists. Its beauty and unique structure attracted people towards itself. It was not just a club of one or two floors but many floors.
Birch by Romeo Lane Club was created on the Nomadic Jungle theme. There were small bridges and walkways everywhere inside it, and in between there were water areas like swimming pools and ponds. There were also fireworks here every night decorated with straw and bamboo.
The performers used to dance amidst the fire on a high platform and this dance area was also very big. This club had an emergency exit only in one corner at the back.

This club had many storeys, there were different zones all around. There was also an open deck on the outside at the water’s edge. There was also a half covered dining area which was very beautiful to look at. There was also a separate bar section and a big dance floor inside.
There were private tables at the water’s edge, thin curtains and only one way in. Bamboo-grass roofs and wooden decorations were everywhere. Birch by Romeo Lane Club looked absolutely like heaven. Its most special thing was the winding stairs that went up to the main deck, there were flower pots and lights on both sides of the stairs. The entire decor was made as if a garden had been created.
Here, lush green trees and plants were planted all around in tropical style. Not only this, VIP people could book a private section, where no one would disturb. But this beauty has now become the cause of death.
Initial investigation revealed that most of the people died after getting trapped in the basement of the club. There was a store room, staff room and service area inside, to reach which there were stairs only inside. There was no clear way out, emergency exits were either few or made at the wrong place.
In such a situation, even the fire brigade vehicles could not reach inside properly. Meaning, the entire safety arrangements were made negligently, due to which people could not come out and 25 lives were lost.
