Deoghar: Just as astrology has importance in our lives, similarly Vastu Shastra also has special importance. Buying land is every person’s dream, but land purchased without Vaastu testing often increases problems in life. Therefore, it is very important to keep some special things in mind before purchasing land. Therefore, Local18 has had a special conversation with the famous astrologer Pandit Nand Kishore Mudgal of Mudgal Astrology Center located in Pagal Baba Ashram, Deoghar. During this he has given some rules. By following them you can know whether the land is auspicious or inauspicious for you.
Follow these rules to identify auspicious and inauspicious land:
Watch water flow: According to the astrologer, before buying land, one should see in which direction the water is flowing in that land. If the water of the land is flowing in the south or west direction, then that land is considered inauspicious and should not be bought at all. On the contrary, if the water flow is towards north or east, then buying such land is considered auspicious.
Soil Hardness: Vastu Shastra says that if the soil of the land is hard, then buying such land can be inauspicious. But if the soil is soft or friable, then buying that land will be auspicious.
Suryaveda or Chandraveda: While purchasing land, keep in mind that the land should always be Suryaveda (more sloping towards the north). If the land is Chandraveda (more inclined towards south direction), then it will not be auspicious for you.
Avoid cracked ground: The astrologer has advised that the land you are going to buy should not have many cracks or cracks. According to Vastu, buying cracked land is considered inauspicious and can cause untoward incidents in the house.
