Moong Chila Recipe: Moong Chila is made a lot during cold days. Its taste is not only delicious but it is also very good for health. This cheela is prepared with 10 types of spices. To make moong cheela, first soak moong dal in water. Then it is ground with a silbatta. Along with this, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and asafoetida are ground. When it becomes a good paste, pour this paste on hot pan. Light ghee or peanut oil is applied in it so that it cooks well. Then it is kept in a plate and served with green chilli chutney, red chilli chutney, sweet chutney. Once eaten, the mouth starts watering as soon as one hears its name.
