The couple killed in the accident have been identified as Lachhi Ram (42 years) and Kusum Lata (38 years). The family members of the deceased accused the highway agencies and the local police of complete negligence and said that they were told that NHAI petrol vehicles pass every hour. Then why did they not see the crushed accident car? Is all patrolling done only on paper?
