According to Maulana Ifrahim Hussain, in Islamic beliefs the night is divided into three parts. Among these, the time from 12 o’clock in the night to 3 o’clock in the morning is considered to be the last and darkest part. They say that due to increased darkness and silence during this period, the activities of jinn, devil and other evil forces may increase, this is a part of religious beliefs.
Negative thoughts, fear, or tendency to make wrong decisions may increase.
According to Maulana, in an environment of dense darkness and peace, the tendency of negative thoughts, fear, or wrong decisions can increase within a person. It is said in religious beliefs that the tendency to steal, cause harm or do wrong also often increases at this time.
This is the time of mercy and prayer
However, Maulana says that this time is also considered the most auspicious. In Islam, it has been called the time of acceptance of prayers and Tahajjud prayers. According to religious beliefs, those who worship during this time, get special rewards and blessings.
How to keep yourself safe?
According to Maulana Ifrahim Hussain, some easy ways have been mentioned in religious teachings to avoid the negative effects of this time:
– Sleeping after being pure (with Wudu)
– Sleeping in the name of Allah
– Performing Tahajjud prayers
They believe that by doing this a person can stay away from negative thoughts and fear.
