To make potato pickle, these ingredients are required-
4-5 medium sized boiled and peeled potatoes,
4 tbsp mustard oil,
1 teaspoon mustard or mustard seeds,
Half teaspoon turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
1 tsp coriander powder,
1 tablespoon dry mango powder or lemon juice,
Salt as per taste.
If you like, you can also add garlic and nigella seeds.
First of all, wash and boil the potatoes, then remove the peel and cut the potatoes into small pickle-like pieces, mix all the spices, then add these spices to the cut potatoes and mix. Now heat the mustard oil lightly and add oil to the entire mixture and mix. Finally, you can also use dry mango powder or lemon juice to enhance the taste of potato pickle.
