Bageshwar: Keeping in mind the two-day visit of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to Bageshwar district on 6 and 7 December, the administration has made major changes in the traffic system. Due to VIP movement, entry of light, heavy and taxi vehicles will be completely closed in the main areas of the city for two days. The administration has appealed to the people for cooperation, and has instructed all drivers to use the diversion route.

The traffic police of Bageshwar district has appealed to the people to follow the traffic changes and not to go to restricted areas unnecessarily to avoid any kind of inconvenience. Due to this visit of the Chief Minister, decisions are expected to be taken on many development works in the district. Route diversion is being done due to the Chief Minister’s visit for two days.
When and where will the Chief Minister be?
Immediately after this, he will attend the meeting of BJP officials and workers, the time of which is scheduled from 3:00 to 3:30 pm. At 4:00 pm, CM will hold a review meeting of the development plans of the district in the Collectorate auditorium. After completing the day’s programme, he will reach the Public Works Department rest house at 5:45 pm and will rest there for the night.
Will hold a public meeting in Kapkot
On December 7, the Chief Minister will start his program with worship. At 8:30 he will visit Bagnath temple. After this, at 9:45 pm the Armed Forces will participate in the flag hoisting program organized by the Sainik Welfare Department on Flag Day. Departure from the rest house for Kapkot is scheduled at 10:00. From 11:15 to 11:50 he will hold a meeting with regional BJP officials and workers at Vivekananda Vidya Mandir Kapkot. Chief Minister Dhami will address a huge public meeting organized at Kedareshwar Ground Kapkot from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, where he will present his views on development plans, priorities of the state government and local issues.
