Actually, Uttar Pradesh Transport Department will now provide a new facility to the people under which buses can be booked as per their need.

Now you can book Uttar Pradesh Transport buses for any personal use. Uttar Pradesh Transport Department is preparing to start a new facility, through which transport corporation buses can be booked if buses are required for any event.
Booking has to be done a week in advance
To book buses of Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation, application has to be made one week before the journey. The Transport Corporation has fixed the fare for up to 400 kilometers at Rs 27808. Roadways buses can be booked for a journey of 400 kilometers and 24 hours, for which fixed fare will have to be paid. If you need to go on a picnic with your family or friends or need a larger vehicle for a wedding function at home, you can book buses from the transport department.
Fare will increase after 400 kilometers
The Transport Department has set rules for this, according to which only the fixed fare will have to be paid for journeys of distance 400 kilometers or less. However, if the distance is more than this, the fare will increase accordingly. The Transport Department is starting this bus booking process to provide affordable and better facilities to the passengers. Earlier also this facility was available, but for this it was mandatory to book one month in advance.
