Haryana Weather Update: The weather has changed due to active Western Disturbance since December 4 and the cold is likely to increase from December 8. Cold wave continues in 11 districts of Haryana. During December 5–10, the minimum temperature will be between 5–9°C and maximum between 20–24°C, fog and cold winds will be predominant, while there will be slight relief on December 11.
Haryana Weather Update: Winter is continuously showing its effect in Haryana. Last night the temperature was recorded much below normal in most of the districts of the state. Due to which people had to face chill in the morning and night. At the same time, the strong and cold winds blowing from the north-west have made the weather even colder. In such a situation, if you are thinking of going out of the house tonight or in the morning, then go out with caution and take a sweater jacket with you. Because today is going to be the coldest day and coldest night of this week. According to IMD, yesterday i.e. on December 4, the maximum temperature recorded in Palwal district of Haryana was 23.6 degrees Celsius in the evening, while the lowest temperature in the morning was recorded at 3.7 degrees Celsius in Mahendragarh district. This morning’s temperature in Haryana is 11°C.
Dr. Madan Lal Khichad, Head of the Agricultural Meteorology Department of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, said that from December 4, a western disturbance had knocked, due to which the weather was changing. Due to this, cold may increase again on December 8. But from December 8, there is a possibility of the temperature falling again due to north and north-westerly winds, especially at night. According to the Meteorological Department, cold wave is going on in 11 districts, whose maximum effect is being seen in Sirsa, Hisar, Fatehabad, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Narnaul, Jind, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Karnal and Panipat. He said that now there will be a drop in temperature during night as well as day. 5th December i.e. today the maximum temperature can be 20-23°C and at night the minimum temperature can be recorded up to 5-8°C. Today there will be more cold winds and fog will persist. He told that on December 6, the maximum temperature will be 21-24°C and the minimum temperature will be 5-9°C. Fog will also be seen. There will be a slight increase in temperature on 7th December. The maximum temperature during the day will be 21-24°C and the minimum will be 6-9°C. There will be light sunshine during the day, but it will remain cool in the morning and evening. The weather will be normal on December 8. There will not be much change in the weather on this day. A drop in temperature will be seen on 9th December. The minimum temperature can be recorded up to 6-8°C. Similarly, there is a possibility of cold winds on 10th December. Due to cold wave, the temperature can be recorded up to 5-8°C. There is also a possibility of dense fog. After this, on December 11, the maximum temperature will be 20-22°C.
AQI level has become very bad
On one hand, the outbreak of cold is being seen in Haryana, on the other hand, according to aqi.in, the AQI level is also being seen very bad. In the morning, AQI level of 422 was recorded in Faridabad district of Haryana, while AQI level of 285 was seen in Delhi. The AQI level of Gurugram district was seen at 308 in the morning. AQI level of Ambala district has been recorded at 226. Experts have advised patients suffering from respiratory diseases not to go out of their homes too much.
