Quinoa Soup: Housewife Sumitra Maurya said that quinoa soup enhances the taste of food manifold. It is very easy to make, to make it, quinoa 1 tablespoon, carrot and green chilli 2 each, beetroot 1, garlic cloves and green coriander, black pepper powder, salt, cumin, desi ghee 2 spoons are required. Apart from this, one teaspoon sesame seeds, half teaspoon flaxseed and green coriander are required for garnish.

Method of preparation: Housewife Sumitra Maurya told that first wash the quinoa and soak it for five hours, now boil it with two cups of water. After this, cut all the vegetables, then heat ghee in a pan and fry the garlic and coriander stalks, then add the chopped vegetables and cook. After this add two cups of water and let them become soft. When the mixture cools down, grind it with black pepper and salt. Then heat ghee in a separate pan, add cumin seeds, add the prepared paste and cook. Apart from this, add boiled quinoa in it, add green chillies and green coriander and turn off the gas. Now add sesame seeds, flaxseed, coriander and ghee and serve.
Carrot-Tomato Soup: This can be made easily with kitchen ingredients. To make it, tomatoes-5, carrots-2, beetroot- small piece, amla, onion, green chilli-1-1, green coriander, ginger, garlic- as per taste, olive oil 1 spoon, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper powder, salt- as per taste, mint powder and sugar are required.
Method of preparation: Housewife Sumitra Maurya told that first of all wash and cut the vegetables. Now heat olive oil in a pan and add bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves. After this again fry garlic, ginger and onion. Then add beetroot, tomato, amla and coriander stalks and cook. Now grind the cooled mixture and filter it. Then cook this paste by adding some water to it in the pan, also add salt, black pepper, mint powder and some sugar. After this, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
