Kangana Ranaut News: In the winter session of Parliament, BJP MP Kangana Ranaut stressed on the slow pace of railway projects in Mandi and demanded the Railway Minister to work in mission mode. Kangana said that Mandi is still deprived of rail service and important projects are stuck in limbo.
New Delhi: A different echo was heard in the winter session of Parliament on Thursday ‘Mandi Aaj Bhi’. Kangana Ranaut, BJP MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, raised the biggest problem of her area in the House in a very calm voice. He said that the same market which gave strong leadership and hardworking people to the country is still deprived of rail service. This was not a complaint but was like giving voice to the hopes that had been stuck for years.
In this appeal of Kangana Ranaut, along with emotions, there was also a clear and concrete demand. He urged Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav to take forward important projects like Bilaspur-Manali-Leh Rail Line and Bilaspur-Beri Rail Link in mission mode. Kangana said that the slow progress in land acquisition, environmental clearances, technical survey and budget allocation has stopped the pace of these projects, and Mandi is still waiting for a big facility.
