Fenugreek is a vegetable which will be available to you for 12 months. You can grow it in any season. It becomes ready for harvesting every 25 to 30 days. To plant this plant, take a pot, which should be about 8 to 10 inches. Mix good quality soil in it, which contains 50% garden soil, 30% cow dung and 20% sand.

Now take fenugreek seeds and soak them overnight. Next day, put it in soil and press it well. Fenugreek plant needs light sunlight. In such a situation, keep the plant in a place where there is not much sunlight. Also, water only when the soil is dry. Too much watering can cause the roots to rot. The fenugreek plant grows very quickly and is ready for harvesting in 20 to 25 days.
Spinach is usually seen only in winter, But, you can apply it in any season, It gives you vegetables for 12 months, The spinach plant grows continuously and by harvesting it you can keep it running for months, To plant it, take a 10-12 inch pot and mix soft, crumbly and compost-rich soil in it, Now take spinach seeds and sprinkle them well in the soil, It becomes ready for harvesting only after 20 days, ,
You will find green chillies in the market in every season. You can plant this plant in any season. This will give you chilli all year round. To plant it, take a 12-14 inch pot and mix soil, coco peat and compost in it and add soil.
Tomato is also used extensively in Indian homes. You will get this in the market throughout the year. There may be some difficulty in getting tomatoes in extreme heat. But, if the temperature is right, it also gives good results. You can also grow this easily at home. For this, take a 14 to 16 inch pot and mix 40% soil, 40% cow dung manure and 20% sand in it. Give liquid fertilizer every 15 days. Tomato plant starts bearing fruits in 50 to 60 days.
You will find curry leaves plant in almost all the houses. This plant also remains healthy throughout the year. To plant this, bring a small curry leaf plant from the nursery and plant it in a pot 14 to 16 inches deep. For this you should use a soil with good drainage. Show the curry leaf plant 4 to 6 hours of sunlight. Give less water in the beginning. Apply fertilizer every 25 to 30 days. This will keep new leaves coming continuously and you will be able to use them.
