Actually, a video of the pre-pageant event had gone viral on social media. In which it was claimed that Nawat called Fatima Bosch “Dumbhead”. After this, controversy started all over the internet and the Thai official had to face heavy trolling.
Now Miss Universe Thailand and Nawat have clearly said in a joint Facebook post that they never called Fatima “Dumbhead”. The statement said, “Nawat did not say ‘Dumbhead’, he said ‘Damage’, the voice recording of which is also available on many platforms.”

On the contrary, she repeated this allegation in many interviews, which gave her personal benefit and in the end she also became Miss Universe 2025.
