He uses around 20 kg potatoes, 5 kg tomatoes, 1 kg curd, 2 kg tamarind, puri-phulki, cumin, green chillies and other homemade spices every day. By mixing about 500 grams of red chilli and pickle masala, they prepare a special spicy mixture, which makes the taste of potato cut even more different.
