2 ISI spies arrested from Gujarat, one was a Subedar in the Army

Majithia had approached the High Court in the hope of getting relief in this case, but the court did not accept the arguments and clearly said that there is no basis to grant him bail at this stage.
What is the matter?
A case related to disproportionate assets has been registered against Majithia, in which he is accused of allegedly acquiring assets disproportionate to his declared income, investing and using unaccounted money. Investigative agencies have been probing his properties and financial transactions for a long time.
