Kullu: In Himachal Pradesh where the weather remains dry these days. Now a huge drop in temperature is being seen in many areas. During this period, there was dense fog in Bilaspur, Sundernagar and Mandi. At the same time, the temperature in many areas of Lahaul Spiti has now reached minus. On Tuesday, the minimum temperature in Tabo was -8.0 degrees. Now the temperature has dropped to -9.8 degrees on Wednesday.
The temperature has also started going into minus in Kukumseri of Lahaul Spiti and Kalpa of Kinnaur. In such a situation, now a warning has been issued by the Meteorological Department regarding the weather. However, considering the weather, Rohtang Pass has also been kept open for tourist movement till December 10. In such a situation, as the weather remains clear during the day, the movement of vehicles will also continue here.
How long will weather warnings last?
According to Sandeep Sharma, scientist of Meteorological Center, Shimla, the weather is going to be dry in most parts of the state in the coming week. There is a possibility of light rain/snowfall at isolated places in the high mountain areas and upper reaches of Chamba, Kangra and Kullu districts on 5 and 7 December. Whereas the weather here will remain dry during the remaining days of this week. There is no weather warning in the state till December 9. Whereas on December 4 and 5, a yellow alert is issued due to dense fog in the morning in some parts of Bilaspur and Mandi.
Minimum temperature dropped in the state
A huge drop in minimum temperature has now been recorded in many areas of Himachal Pradesh. In such a situation, a drop in minimum temperature has again been recorded in Tabo of Lahaul Spiti in 24 hours. In such a situation, the temperature of Tabo was recorded at minus -9.8 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The mercury was also recorded at minus – 1.5 degree Celsius in Kalpa. The minimum temperature in Kukumseri was minus – 3.9 degrees. The minimum temperature of state capital Shimla was recorded at 6.0 degrees.
