Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court has given its verdict in JSSC-CGL paper leak case. A petition was filed in the High Court for a CBI investigation into the alleged paper leak case of JSSC-CGL. While giving its verdict on this matter, Jharkhand High Court has rejected this petition. Besides, the High Court has also ordered to complete the appointment process of CGL.

At the same time, while giving the verdict, on one hand the High Court has rejected the petition for CBI investigation and on the other hand it has ordered JSSC to release the result soon. After this order of Jharkhand High Court, the way has been cleared for the appointment of thousands of candidates in the state. Along with this, the High Court has put a stay on the examination results of 10 students who were preparing for the examination while staying in Nepal.
Order to start appointment process
After this order of the High Court, there is an atmosphere of happiness among the students who have succeeded in JSSC-CGL. Students who have passed this exam are now expecting the release of exam results and appointment soon. Let us tell you that the first exam of CGL was taken on 28 January 2023, but at that time it was canceled after the paper leak complaint came to light. At the same time, this examination was taken again in September 2024. A lot of precautions were taken by the administration regarding this examination, yet the complaint of examination leak was made again. After which the Jharkhand government had ordered a CID investigation into this matter. However, after this order, the successful students have heaved a sigh of relief.
