Even in this era of fast food, the taste of Chhilka Roti has not diminished but now very few people are found making it. To make it, rice and gram dal are puffed and ground and roti is made by pouring the solution on the pan. It contains a lot of water and then it is sprinkled and spread on the pan. Very thin, crispy rotis are made which go well with any combination of veg or non-veg. Divya Rana does this work with great passion and the demand for her peel roti has increased so much that she sets up her stall even on big occasions. Divya is the president of Pragati Sakhi Mandal.
