You must have eaten many types of chutneys till date, but the taste that comes in guava and tamarind chutney is not easily found in any other chutney. For this you have to take medium ripe guava and take out the pulp of tamarind. Grind the guava with tamarind on the cob and add some sugar, after this add mustard oil, white-black salt and chilli powder as per taste or grind green chillies. Do not make this chutney very fine. Your special chutney is ready, eat it with any dish, its taste will double.
