To make cabbage balls, finely chop the cabbage or grate the pumpkin. Along with this, grate the bits also. Add the right amount of grated cabbage and bit of masala. Then do not add water to the mixture to avoid batter like consistency. To make veg balls crispy, always mix both flour and corn starch. You can also use rice flour instead of cornflour. Make perfect balls from the cabbage mixture. Always deep fry the Manchurian balls when the oil is hot. Fry the veg balls twice to get the perfect crisp. However, do not fry it too much, otherwise it will become crunchy which will not taste good.

Now add oil and garlic in another pan and fry it. Now add finely chopped onions and capsicum and fry them.
