One problem regarding animal husbandry is that when cattle owners go to buy milch animals, they often get cheated. Because some things are not known. The biggest fraud in this is not being able to maintain accurate information about milking. However, this will not happen now. Dr. Rani, working in Jehanabad Animal Husbandry Office, gave many tips regarding the things to be kept in mind while buying milch animals.
What to keep in mind while buying a cow or buffalo
Dr. Rani Kumari said that it is very important for a farmer or cattle rearer to take care of some things while purchasing milch animals. If you are not able to do this, you will have to suffer huge losses. When any animal farmer buys an animal, it is important to see the skin first. Along with this, it is also very important to see the flow of milk. Even a little bit of bitterness, dryness or thick stream of milk can increase the risk of disease in the animal.
This is the secret tip to identify
Dr. Rani says that many cattle farmers do not milk their milch animals for two-three days before selling them. This is so that the flow of milk is better. However, this is not absolutely correct. There is a risk of getting mastitis if you leave milk for two or three days. Do you notice the consistency, color of the milk and foam coming out of it while milking? All these things need attention. In such a situation, if these things are taken care of, the animal becomes quite healthy and the animal owner also benefits.
