Godda: Building a house is a big dream decision of every family, but in the present times, challenges like shortage of labour, rising costs and monitoring of work have made house construction quite complicated. In such a situation, the youth of Godda have now come up with a unique solution to this problem.
A friendship group of 22 year old youth has started a new initiative called AR Brother Builders, which is providing the facility of building houses at low cost, less hassle and with guaranteed timely completion of work.

Group director Ashish Kumar said that the customer will no longer need to waste time in hiring different types of labourers, masons, centering material, tools or in daily monitoring. Our team handles all these arrangements ourselves. Houses are constructed by the group at the rate of Rs 180 to 200 per square feet. In this package, the customer has to provide only sand, ballast, cement and rods, while all the other work like centering, at width, casting, masons, laborers, tools and other arrangements is done by the team itself.
Getting complete house package
Ashish explains that this model will not only save the customer’s time, but will also save about 20 percent of wages. You will also get complete relief from problems like technical problems, shortage of labor and work stoppage during house construction. Not only this, if customers want their house to be completely ready including plaster, paint-putty, tiles-marble, water pipeline, electric wiring and finishing, then for this the group also provides complete house package at the rate of Rs 1800 to 2000 per square feet. In this, the team itself does all the work from the beginning of the house to the final touch.
