Ingredients required to make salty vermicelli
-1 cup vermicelli
-2 cups water
-1 large onion (sliced ​​lengthwise)
-1 tomato (finely chopped)
-2 green chillies (chopped)
-a little ginger
-Turmeric powder
-chilli powder
-Salt
-a little oil
-A little lemon juice

Easy way to make salty vermicelli in 15 minutes
1. Heat oil
Pour some oil in the pan and let it heat. Add mustard or cumin seeds in it and let it crackle.

2. Fry aromatic ingredients
Now fry the ginger lightly. This gives a wonderful aroma to the vermicelli.

3. Cook vegetables
First add onion and cook till it turns golden. Then add tomatoes and green chillies. If you want, you can also add some boiled potatoes.

4. Add spices
Mix turmeric, red chilli and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes so that the flavor of the spices comes out well.

5. Add vermicelli
Now add vermicelli and fry lightly. Then add 2 cups of water and cover. In about 4-5 minutes the water will dry up and the vermicelli will become soft.

6. Serve
Sprinkle some lemon juice on these and serve them hot. If you want, you can also add coriander.
