You might have eaten many chicken items but nowhere will you find a taste like chicken podam. In this recipe, chicken is tied in sal leaves and cooked on low flame of coal. Its taste is excellent. Briefly talking about the recipe, marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic and basic spices and keep it for three-four hours. After this, wash the sal leaves and heat them slightly so that they bend. Put marinated chicken pieces in them and tie the leaves with a thread so that they do not open. Now place these leaves on the coal flame and let the chicken cook on slow flame. After some time, take out the chicken and serve it with green chutney.
