Radhe has been selling phulki here for the last three years. Radhe tells that earlier he used to do a private job, but the earning was not good. Then he started selling Golgappa. Now both his earnings and recognition have increased. His wife also helps him. His wife handles the work of preparing spices, cutting onions and packing.

Selling phulki since last 3 years
While giving information to News 18, Anoop Singh Chauhan, a resident of Amarwah village, who is preparing for a government job in Sidhi city, said that there are hundreds of phulki vendors in Sidhi city, but only Radhe Bhaiya serves the best phulki. Between 3 and 4 in the evening, his stall is set up near Madhyanchal Bank, in front of Mishra Nursing Home. There is so much crowd here every day that the cart is never found empty. Anoop Singh said that we study in the library at Tiraha. To eat Phulki, people come to Radhe Bhaiya from a distance of 5 kilometers. There are many carts at Tiraha also, but our choice is only Radhe Bhaiya. That’s why today I myself have brought my friend here. According to Anoop, Radhe Bhaiya has been selling Phulki for the last 3 years and his wife also helps. The quality of Phulki is crisp, crunchy and big in size. They serve 6 to 7 phulkis for just Rs 10. Peas absolutely give a feeling of sadness in hot and cold weather.
