Also, standing for a long time should be avoided, because it increases the pressure on the soles. Apart from this, practicing running by placing a soft cloth under the sole of the shoe also improves the condition.

For the youth preparing for physical test, the most important thing is regularity and correct method. If these exercises are done for 20–25 minutes daily, a difference is felt within 15 days and within 30–45 days, there is a significant improvement in balance, pain and grip. Experts believe that if the problem has not increased too much, then flat feet can be controlled to a great extent with these measures.
