How to make Chicken 65
Material
Boneless chicken – 500 grams
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Curd – 2 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves – 10-12
Green chilli – 2
Oil – for frying
Method
Marination:
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice and curd and mix well.
Now add cornflour and rice flour in it so that it becomes crispy when fried.
Marinate it for at least 30 minutes.
Fry:
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the marinated chicken on medium flame until it becomes golden and crisp.
Tadka:
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add curry leaves and green chillies and fry.
Add fried chicken to it and mix well.
Serving:
Serve hot Chicken 65 with onion slices and lemon.
