1. First of all, grind oats in a mixer and make a fine powder.
2. Boil soya chunks, squeeze out water and put them in a mixer and grind them finely.
3. Add garlic and green chilli to it and make a smooth paste.
4. Now mash the boiled potatoes and mix it with soya paste.
5. Add ground oats, chopped onion, salt and spices and mix well.
6. Balance the taste by adding green coriander and lemon juice.
7. Make small tikkis from this mixture.

1. Add light oil to the pan and sprinkle sesame seeds.
