Weather Latest Update: The temperature has started falling in North India. The Meteorological Department said that the temperature is continuously falling in many states of North India. According to the latest update, the temperature in states like Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh remains below 6 degrees Celsius. At the same time, in states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand the temperature remains between 6 to 10 degrees Celsius. If we talk about Cyclone Ditvah, despite the formation of a deep pressure area, its impact remains on the eastern coastal states. The Meteorological Department said that till December 3, there is a possibility of torrential rain at different places in Tamil Nadu, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Royal Seema and Kerala.
Talking about winter in North India, there is a possibility of drop in temperature by two to three degrees Celsius in the north-western states for the next four days. In other simple and clear language, the temperature is likely to fall further in states like Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. There will be no change in temperature in Central India for the next 24 hours, although after that a change of two to three degrees Celsius is possible. Eastern Indian states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and West Bengal are already experiencing severe cold. Although there is no possibility of any change in the temperature right now, a change of 2 to 3 degree Celsius can be seen from today afternoon onwards which can continue for the next 4 days i.e. 96 hours.

Due to this storm formed in the Bay of Bengal, there is a possibility of torrential rains in the states of Peninsular India, Tamil Nadu, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala etc. for the next 24 hours. According to Skymetweather, the minimum temperature at base station Safdarjung was recorded at 5.7 degrees Celsius, which is 4.6 degrees Celsius below normal. This is also the lowest temperature of this season so far. However, there is no possibility of a sharp drop in temperature because a western disturbance is passing through the northern mountainous areas.
