Gonda: UP There was a sensation in Gonda district when the body of a BAMS student of SCPM Nursing College was found hanging in her hostel room. This student, resident of Balrampur, was studying in the second year. Police and forensic team reached the spot after getting information and started investigating the spot.
A student died under suspicious circumstances on Tuesday at the SCPM Nursing College in Haripur, Kotwali area of the city of Gonda district. According to the information, a student studying in BAMS second year was found hanging in her hostel room. After the incident, there was chaos in the college campus and panic spread among the girl students.
Forensic team took many samples from the spot
As soon as the information was received, local police, forensic team and dog squad reached the spot. Police inspected the room and collected primary evidence. The forensic team collected several samples from the spot, while the dog squad also conducted a search operation in the room and surrounding areas.
Police is investigating many aspects
According to the police, the deceased was originally a resident of Balrampur district and was studying in the hostel of SCPM Nursing College for some time. In the initial investigation, it seems to be a case of suicide, although the police is investigating keeping other aspects in mind.
Police started further investigation after filling Panchnama.
Police station city Kotwali took possession of the body of the student and completed the necessary formalities and after filling the Panchnama, sent it for post-mortem. Police officials say that the real cause of death will be known only after the post-mortem report comes.

The college administration has confirmed the incident, but is avoiding any statement at the moment.
