Hisar businessman Sudhir had made this bid. But now today was the last day to deposit the bid money and they have not deposited the money. According to the news, Hisar’s transporter Sudhir Kumar tried to deposit money twice on Saturday night. However, due to technical glitch in the portal, payment could not be made.
