Easy recipe to make Palak Uttapam-
Material:
Semolina – 1 cup
Curd – half cup
Spinach leaves – 1 cup
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Carrot – 1 finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 finely chopped
Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 teaspoon grated
Salt – as per taste
Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
Oil – as per need
Water – as per need
Baking soda – a pinch
Method of preparation:
First of all, wash the spinach leaves thoroughly. Heat water in a vessel, put spinach leaves in it and boil for 2-3 minutes. After this, put them in cold water to keep the color green and fresh. Now squeeze out excess water from the leaves and make a paste by putting it in a mixer jar.
