You need peeled garlic, fennel, Mangarel (nigella), black pepper, big cardamom, cloves, asafoetida, cumin, celery, bay leaf, cinnamon, nutmeg, Banarasi, black mustard seeds, rock salt, salt, mustard oil and sugarcane vinegar.
