1. Place cotton cloth below and steel plate above
-This method is considered the easiest and most effective. Whenever you place hot rotis in a casserole, first spread a clean cotton cloth below it. This cloth absorbs the light steam formed inside and does not allow moisture to accumulate in the casserole.

-After laying the cloth, place the rotis and place a small steel plate on top. Then close the lid of the casserole.
-The steel plate prevents steam from rising up, and the rotis remain soft for a long time, without becoming soggy.
2. Place the roti in the casserole only when it cools down a bit.
-Many people immediately put ghee on roti and put it in a casserole and this is the biggest mistake.
-When the roti is completely hot, maximum steam comes out of it.
