Drivers will be able to reach Prayagraj directly from Delhi via expressway. This will save both their time and money. It is being told that the expressway will be opened for the people in January. Which will make commuting easier.
The Uttar Pradesh government is constructing the state’s longest 594 km Ganga Expressway. Whose work is almost completed. Its trial will start this month. After the completion of the trial, it is expected to be opened for the general public next month.
People of these cities will benefit
This expressway will pass through 12 districts of the state. That means people of all these districts will get relief. These include Meerut, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Amroha, Sambhal, Badaun, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Unnao, Rae Bareli, Pratapgarh and Prayagraj. Meerut-Badaun section is already ready to a great extent. Whereas only five percent work is going on in Unnao-Haldwani section.
This way the journey will be easier
Currently, to go from Delhi to Kanpur, Prayagraj and all the surrounding cities, drivers have to get down on NH after Greater Noida Expressway, Agra Expressway and Taj Expressway, which goes through Etawah. In this way one has to complete the journey via two-three expressways and NH.

People of Delhi will reach Nizamuddin from any corner via Ring Road. From there we will directly travel to Meerut via Meerut Express and Ganga Expressway starts from here. But it is being designed in such a way that in future it can be made eight lanes. A package from Meerut to Badaun covers a distance of 125.5 km in a length of 130 km. The work has been completed. In this way, the work of the expressway has been completed to a large extent.
Link Expressway will be built here
To connect this expressway with other districts of Western UP, about 91 km long Farrukhabad Link Expressway is also being built. With the construction of this 90.838 km long link expressway, many districts will be directly connected to Agra-Lucknow Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway and Prayagraj to Meerut Ganga Expressway. Farrukhabad Link Expressway will connect Etawah, Kannauj, Mainpuri, Farrukhabad to Shahjahanpur and Hardoi. This link expressway between Kannauj and Mainpuri will be connected to Bundelkhand Expressway. In this way, an expressway is going to benefit many states. People from Bundelkhand to Dehradun will benefit from the construction of Link Expressway.

The government is preparing to give New Year gifts to the people. Earlier, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, while reviewing, has given instructions to complete it this year at any cost. In this way, the work will be completed in December and there is a possibility of its inauguration in the next year.
