Changes related to pension scheme and life certificate
The month of December is very important for all the elderly people taking pension. The government has clearly said that every pensioner will have to submit life certificate, otherwise the pension will stop from January. From December 1, many banks and financial companies have changed the rules related to their online banking, UPI, investments and cards. Now your account will be more secure than before. Some banks can also increase or decrease credit card-debit card charges. This means that higher fees may be imposed on transactions or discounts may also be available on some transactions. income tax filing date
The last date for important filing related to income tax is 30th November. This includes submitting TDS details of deductions made in the month of October under sections 194-IA, 194-IB, 194M and 194S. Also, companies or people who are subject to transfer pricing rules will also have to file Section 92E report by this day.

There will be bank holidays on some days in the month of December due to festivals. In such a situation, if you have any bank work then definitely keep this in mind. There will be approximately 18 days of bank holidays in India this month, which means branches will remain closed. All these are holidays as per the holiday calendar of RBI.
