Ingredients to make Mix Dal Uttapam
-Rice – 1 cup
-Urad dal – half cup
Moong dal – half cup
-Lentils – half cup
-Chana dal – half cup
-Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
-Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
-Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
-Capsicum – half cup (finely chopped)
-Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
-Salt – as per taste
-Ginger paste – 1 tsp
-Cumin – half teaspoon
-Oil – as per requirement
-Baking soda – a pinch
How to make Mix Dal Uttapam
1. First of all, wash the rice and all the pulses thoroughly.
2. Now soak them in water for 4-5 hours.
3. Grind the soaked lentils and rice in the mixer by adding some water. The solution should neither be too thin nor too thick.
4. Now cover this solution and keep it aside for 4-5 hours so that it ferments properly.
5. Add salt, cumin and ginger paste in the prepared solution.

7. Now take the batter in a big spoon and spread it in a round shape on the pan.
