In winter, when cold wind knocks everywhere, one wants to eat this unique vegetable. This delicious laddu-sabzi prepared from bathua, spinach, radish and mustard leaves, mixed with millet flour and homemade spices is not only delicious in taste but is also excellent for health. Eating this makes one feel summer even in winter.
During the winter season, people often like to eat green vegetables, but there is one such vegetable which is made from many green leafy vegetables and millet flour is also added to it. This unique vegetable is very much liked by the village elders because this vegetable gives the feeling of summer in winter.
To make this unique vegetable, first wash bathua, spinach, radish leaves and mustard leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. Then mix all this and boil. They should be boiled well for at least 15 to 20 minutes. After boiling, drain the water and keep these leaves in a vessel in the shape of laddus.
After this, take buttermilk in a pan, put the laddus prepared from various types of vegetables in it and mix them well in the buttermilk. Add a little millet flour to it, which makes this unique vegetable tasty and healthy.

Then add home ground spices like red chilli, ground coriander, turmeric, salt as per taste, asafoetida, cumin and mix it.
Then place the pan on the gas and keep stirring it with a spoon until it boils and let it boil for 20 minutes. Then add a good seasoning of asafoetida and cumin seeds to it and this unique vegetable will be ready which remains healthy for the elderly in winters.
