Taking major action, the Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested three suspected terrorists. Initial investigation has revealed that all these accused were in contact with the network of terrorist Shehzad Bhatti associated with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI.
Accepting the demand of the opposition, the Election Commission has taken a big decision to extend the period of SIR by 7 days in 12 states. Along with this, the last date of calculation form has also been extended by 7 days to 11th December.
On the other hand, before the winter session of Parliament, an all-party meeting was organized on Sunday, in which leaders of various parties participated. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, while talking to the media before going to the meeting, said that the government will not say much today, but will listen to the opposition and other parties. The winter session of Parliament will start from December 1 and continue till December 19. Many important bills are likely to be introduced in the session, in view of which the government has appealed for cooperation from all parties.
On the other hand, police have busted a big racket of fake cigarettes in Lahori Gate area of North Delhi. Preparations were underway to launch in the market these dangerous fake cigarettes being sold under the guise of well-known international and Indian brands. In the raid, the police seized more than 35,000 poisonous packets, i.e. lakhs of cigarette sticks, whose market value is said to be more than Rs 50 lakh. Police have arrested two accused Ramjeet alias Vijay and Ankit in this case.

Delhi Police caught three terrorists, suspected of having links with Shehzad Bhatti’s network

According to the investigation of the Special Cell, all the arrested accused are residents of North India and their activities were being monitored for a long time. Interrogation of the arrested terrorists is going on, on the basis of which the police is expressing the possibility of busting a bigger conspiracy.

After the all-party meeting, Gaurav Gogoi attacked the Centre, told the issues of Congress in the winter session.
After the all-party meeting, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi launched a scathing attack on the government and said that the current winter session has been kept for only 19 days, in which actually only 15 days are left for discussion. He described it as possibly the shortest winter session ever and alleged that ‘it seems that the government itself wants to derail Parliament.’
Gogoi said that many important issues were raised by the opposition in the meeting, which need detailed discussion in this session. He said, ‘We raised the issue of security so that important issues related to security should be discussed in this winter session… The explosion in Delhi is a big proof of the failures of our legal and home department somewhere… Second is the discussion about the security of democracy… Our third demand was related to our health security, the way air pollution is increasing in every corner of the country. The fourth issue was our economic security. The fifth issue we raised was natural security. There is no preparation for the way floods, landslides and storms are coming. We also raised the issue of our foreign policy, which we are seeing that India is making its foreign policy according to other countries…’

Election Commission accepted the big demand of opposition, extended the deadline of SIR, know the new date
Accepting the demand of the opposition, the Election Commission has taken a big decision to extend the period of SIR by 7 days in 12 states. Along with this, the last date of calculation form has also been extended by 7 days to 11th December.
Apart from this, the draft publication list, which was earlier scheduled to be released on December 9, has now been extended to December 16. Under this amendment related to the election process, the final voter list will be published on 14 February.
Opposition parties had raised the demand to extend the deadline of SIR, so that maximum new voters can be included and no omissions are left. With this decision of the Commission, lakhs of new voters will get additional opportunity to add their names in the list.

All-party meeting before the winter session of Parliament, Rijiju hopes that everyone will work with a cool head.
Before the winter session of Parliament, an all-party meeting was held on Sunday, in which leaders of various parties participated. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, while talking to the media before going to the meeting, said that the government will not say much today, but will listen to the opposition and other parties.
Rijiju said, ‘Today is an all-party meeting. We will sit with leaders of all parties and listen to them. We will not say much on behalf of the government. There will be a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee in the evening. The Lok Sabha meeting will be held at 4 pm and the Rajya Sabha meeting will be held at 5 pm. We will present our business list before the committee. This being the winter session, we expect everyone to operate with a ‘cool head’ and avoid heated arguments. It is hoped that Parliament will function smoothly and there will be no disruption.
Many leaders reached Parliament to attend the all-party meeting. Senior Congress MP Jairam Ramesh and TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee arrived to participate in the meeting.
In this sequence, Samajwadi Party MP Ram Gopal Yadav, AIADMK leader M. Thambidurai, Congress leader Pramod Tiwari and leaders of many other parties were also present in the meeting.

Operation Sagar Bandhu: Indian aircraft reached Colombo with relief material, will bring back stranded Indians
Cyclone Ditvah has caused massive devastation in Sri Lanka. In this time of crisis, India has extended a helping hand to its neighboring country. According to the Air Force, C-130 and IL-76 aircraft from Hindon Air Base near Delhi have left for Sri Lanka with relief material. These planes carry 21 tonnes of relief material, more than 80 NDRF personnel and 8 tonnes of equipment. Who hid 70 socket bombs in Murshidabad, police alerted, increased patrolling in the area.
Police recovered 70 socket bombs from three plastic jars from Kupila Biswas Pada of Raninagar police station area in Murshidabad district of West Bengal. The area was immediately sealed and the bomb disposal squad and West Bengal CID were informed by Domkal police. After finding such a large quantity of explosives, the police is increasing patrolling in the area.

Chaos at a wedding in Shahdara, 17 year old Sahil shot dead
17-year-old Sahil was shot dead in a late night fight during a wedding ceremony taking place near a community hall in Mansarovar Park police station area of Shahdara, Delhi. The police took the injured Sahil to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. After the incident, people who came to the wedding are being interrogated, as well as nearby CCTV cameras and mobile video recordings are being scrutinized so that the accused can be identified.

Delhi’s AQI reaches 269, AQI reduced so much for the third time in November

All party meeting today before the winter session of Parliament, opposition’s attitude heated
The winter session of Parliament is going to start from Monday. Regarding this, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has called an all-party meeting at 11 am today. The government is preparing to present 10 bills in this session including discussion on the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram. On the other hand, the opposition is making a strategy to raise issues like Election Commission, SIR, allegations of vote theft and death of BLO.
