27-year-old Queen Sulara Kadija Tall, resident of Atlanta (America), spoke to her estranged father after 27 years. Social media helped him to meet his father. Kadija grew up with her mother and two sisters since childhood, but she was never told anything about her father. There was no talk of his father at home and he never thought about where his father was. But one day in July 2025, he suddenly saw his birth certificate, in which his father’s name was written as Montaga Tall (69). After this, he got a DNA test done, which revealed that he had Guinean (West African) heritage, which made the direction of his search clear.

Facebook became the biggest link in life
Kadija posted the first post of her father’s search on Facebook. Then volunteers named ‘Search Angels’ came forward, who found Montaga’s old address in Atlanta. Coincidentally, the same city where Kadija’s partner lives. The woman reached the address with her partner Damiriya (34), but the father was not found there. Frustrated, she again took to Facebook and shared her emotional appeal in the ‘Girl Code Atlanta’ group – “Please help me, I am searching for my birth father, I don’t know if he is alive or not.” Just a day after the post, Kadija received messages from two people – both of whom claimed to be her cousins. They created a group chat, both revealed their identities and then one of them passed the father’s contact number to Montaga.
