To taste Chole-Bhatura in Raniganj block headquarters of Araria district, Gupta ji’s stall at Bhargama Mor has become very popular among the people. Here in the morning breakfast, after Litti-Chokha and Kachori-Sabzi, Chole-Bhatura is served. Whereas the most favorite dish here has become Chhola Bhatura. Gupta ji’s stall is situated between the city and the village, due to which people from both the places come here to taste Chole-Bhatura. Gupta ji serves delicious Chole-Bhatura for just Rs 20.
The stall owner told
Rakesh Kumar, the owner of this stall, said that due to the high demand for Chole-Bhatura, he sets up the stall before seven in the morning. Chole-bhature is served here from 7 am to 11 am. For the convenience of the customers, he prepares most of the ingredients early in the morning. So that people can come to have breakfast as soon as the cart is set up.
While talking to Local 18, he told that three youths have also been given employment here. He gives 10 thousand rupees a month. He said that more than 100 plates of Chhola-Bhatur are sold every day and it is easy to earn lakhs of rupees in a year. He told that he has been running his shop here for 6 years.
Local resident Ravindra Kumar told that he is a resident of Raniganj. He has been coming to Gupta ji’s stall for the last 15 months to eat Chole-Bhatura. They couldn’t find this kind of taste anywhere else. Gupta ji’s behavior is also very good and he serves food with utmost cleanliness.
