Hazaribagh: A case of migrant laborers from Jharkhand getting stuck abroad came to light. Five workers from Hazaribagh and Giridih districts are stuck abroad. They say that the company is not paying wages for their work. Also, the workers are facing problems in living and eating there. The laborers stranded abroad have sent a video sharing their plight and appealed to the government for help.

He has shared the video sent by the workers with the media. He has also demanded the government to work in the interest of the laborers stranded abroad. These workers say that they were sent with the promise of work in a transmission company, but after reaching there, they are facing difficulties in not getting salary, maintaining passports and living.
Salary not received for 5 months
In the video released by the workers, it has been said that salaries have not been received for the last 5 months. The company tells them that their money will come “only when the salaries are paid” and now they themselves are forced to go hungry. Sikandar Ali, an activist working for the rights of migrant laborers in Jharkhand, has put this matter before the media. He has demanded from the state and central governments the safe return of these laborers to their homeland and compensation for their outstanding salaries.
